UCP 2020 Fall Drive-In Fundraiser

UCP of Central Florida’s Breakfast Fundraising event follows the Benevon model and helps educate donors and community members on learning about UCP of Central Florida and its mission. The event takes place over the course of an hour during breakfast before guests’ work day. Due to COVID-19 at the time of the event, the 2020 Breakfast was converted into a drive-in radio broadcast fundraiser. UCP partnered with Funspot America to utilize their parking area for the event.

My role in this event is to create all the branding assets, visual content that is both printed and digital, vendor communication with printed materials, shirt production, and event set up and break down.

The 2020 fall fundraiser event is my 4th year handling the content management for the event and my 1st year experiencing the production of a drive-in event.
